• Develops a vision and base structure for a new customer service center.

• Leads and develops a staff of managers and team supervisors and agents, defining roles and responsibilities
and establishing direct accountabilities to achieve business goals.
• Views business processes on a multi-national level in order to suggest/implement ideas across departments

• Monitors calls focusing on product questions, customer inquiries, customer complaints/suggestions

Requirements :
• Minimum three years related experience (banking/call center); or equivalent combination of education
and experience in banking and financial institutions call center.

• Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations,

• Implements and administers all aspects of the company’s compliance management program.
• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational compliance activities.
• Participates in various committees, audits and examinations.
• Joins the Head of Compliance in advising the Board of Directors, Senior Management and Company personnel
of emerging compliance issues.
• Collaborates with the Head of Compliance in consulting and guiding the company in the establishment of controls
to mitigate risks.
• Supports and assists the Head of Compliance and internal business groups in preparing for regulatory
exams and audits,and assists in supervisory review of public communications and exception reporting.

• Implements and maintains margin trading promotional efforts, as set by senior management in

• Builds and maintains clients’ margin trading account opening.
• Extends plans to account officers within the various branches to uphold high levels of customer service to clients
holding margin trading accounts.

• Support senior analysts with top down view relevant to their sectors.

• Write opinionated equity research reports with well-grounded investment views.
• Contribute with research, comments and investment opinions to regular publications.
• Market research and investment views internally to sales/traders and externally to clients.
• Build and strengthen excellent relationships with clients and corporates.
• Work closely with and mentor financial analysts.

• Minimum three years experience as an equity sector analyst preferably in EM/MENA markets.
• Proven track record of writing equity research, preferably sector specific.

• Collaborates with heads of various departments, including business development and sales
to increase efficiency of client accounts.
• Reports statistics and nature of client details to improve marketing efforts.
• Collaborates with website officers to manage information feeds and streams.

Requirements :

• Must have good experience with the following programming languages :
CC++, HTML, MMX, Perl, PHP, PLC Ladder, JAVA, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Report, Microsoft Visual C++,
Database : MySQL, SQL PLUS, Platforms / Operating System: Windows (2003 ,2008 ),
Linux Analysis : UML Design & Modeling, MS Office.

• MCSE 2003 or MCITP 2008 is must, CCNA preferred.
