  •  Develops a comprehensive vision and sets strategic plans for the company’s regional branches.
  •  Leads and guides branch managers collectively into creating optimum account opening targets.
  •  Achieves overall profit goals through motivating and delegating responsibilities to company-wide
      branch managers.
  •  Maintains high customer service levels across branches through regular branch inspections.
  •  Responsible for the overall image and public relations efforts of company-wide branches.
  •  Collaborates with numerous departments, including business development, marketing, HR and IT to implement
      company business and sales goals.
  •  Responsible for performance reviews of branch managers.
Requirements :
  •  Minimum three years in a senior leadership role within a banking or financial institutions firm.
  •  Proven track record of initiating account opening, leading teams, developing strategic plans and ensuring
      their implementation.
  •  A large network of contacts within the MENA region.
  •  Ability to manage complex situations and a large number of employees.
  •  Leadership, motivation, guidance and communication skills.
  •  University degree.
  •  Fluent in Arabic and English.


(Ref. #02) Account Officers:
  •  Reaching account opening targets as set by the branch manager.
  •  Responsible for the sale of various financial instruments and products offered by the company.
  •  Maintaining optimum customer service relations.
  •  Developing new and innovative methods to generate business, through referrals, word-of-mouth,
      cold calling and direct mailing.
  •  Assisting the branch manager in the daily operational efforts of the branch.
Requirements :
  •  Minimum three years in an account officer role, preferably within a financial services or banking institution.
  •  Proven track record of generating new sales leads and reaching sales quotas.
  •  High integrity and professionalism in delivering customer service relations.
  •  Excellent communication skills.
  •  University degree.
  •  Fluent in Arabic and English.


(Ref. #03) Call Center Manager:
  •  Develops a vision and base structure for a new customer service center.
  •  Understands the company’s numerous business lines, regional areas and financial products.
  •  Collaborates with operational leaders to develop strategic initiatives to initiate and improve overall
      agent productivity.
  •  Leads and develops a staff of managers and team supervisors and agents, defining roles and responsibilities
      and establishing direct accountabilities to achieve business goals.
  •  Views business processes on a multi-national level in order to suggest/implement ideas across departments
      that will assist in maintaining a high level of service to all customers.
  •  Monitors calls focusing on product questions, customer inquiries, customer complaints/suggestions
      and general company and branch info.
  •  Compiles data collection and statistical information about the nature of the calls.
  •  Develops reports that communicate the effectiveness of the department using specific measurements.
  •  Responsible for performance reviews to assess strengths and development needs providing feedback
      and opportunities for growth of employees and the department structure.
Requirements :
  •  Minimum three years related experience (banking/call center); or equivalent combination of education
      and experience in banking and financial institutions call center.
  •  Demonstrated experience in planning, budgeting, business communication, staff development/employee
      performance management, project management; strategic planning, and internal and external client
      relationship management.
  •  Proven success in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving goals.
  •  Proven ability to work in a fast-pace environment and to supervise multiple tasks.
  •  Up-to-date high-level knowledge of current financial service products, solutions and process.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Ability to organize and prioritize time constraints and manage shifting priorities.

(Ref. #04) Branch Managers:
  •  Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations,
      trading, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the company's objectives.
  •  Develops new account opening business.
  •  Provides a superior level of customer service.
  •  Promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation.
  •  Achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account
      relationships.
  •  Provides leadership, training and supervision.
  •  Delegates day-to-day operations to the Operations Officer or other branch personnel.
  •  Responsible for attaining established company and branch goals through active participation in sales management
      and officer call programs.
  •  Participates in community affairs to increase the company's visibility and to enhance new and existing business
      opportunities.
  •  May perform duties in the absence of the Operations Officer or other such management capacities as directed by
      the Regional Brokerage Manager and Head of Branches.
Requirements :
  •  Minimum three years experience in a similar role within a banking or financial services institution.
  •  Proven track record of achieving sales quota goals through account opening and client relationships.
  •  Ability to fully understand and implement strategic business goals through the delegation and motivation
      of employees.
  •  Ability to lead a large number of employees and communicate effectively.

(Ref. #05) Compliance Officers:
  •  Implements and administers all aspects of the company’s compliance management program.
  •  Responsible for the day-to-day administrative and operational compliance activities.
  •  Participates in various committees, audits and examinations.
  •  Joins the Head of Compliance in advising the Board of Directors, Senior Management and Company personnel
      of emerging compliance issues.
  •  Collaborates with the Head of Compliance in consulting and guiding the company in the establishment of controls
      to mitigate risks.
  •  Supports and assists the Head of Compliance and internal business groups in preparing for regulatory
      exams and audits,and assists in supervisory review of public communications and exception reporting.
Requirements :
  •  Minimum three years experience within a compliance officer role in a banking or financial services institution.
  •  Sound knowledge of regional and national compliance rules and regulations in regards to financial
      services institutions.
  •  Ability to communicate in written and verbal form effectively.
  •  University degree.
  •  Fluent in Arabic and English.


(Ref. #06) Margin Trading Officers:
  •  Implements and maintains margin trading promotional efforts, as set by senior management in
      the brokerage department.
  •  Maintains the rules and regulations as set by the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority to instill fair margin
      trading practices.
  •  Reports margin trading risk issues to senior management.
  •  Builds and maintains clients’ margin trading account opening.
  •  Extends plans to account officers within the various branches to uphold high levels of customer service to clients
      holding margin trading accounts.
Requirements :
  •  Experience in a financial services or banking institution, within an account or compliance officer role.
  •  Proven ability to manage complex issues.
  •  Knowledge of the margin trading process regionally and nationally.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •  University degree.
  •  Fluent in Arabic and English.


(Ref. #07) Economist (Research Department):
The economist would work closely with the research director and senior financial analysts to:
  •  Conduct economic research relative to Egypt and MENA equity markets.
  •  Comment on macro/social/political environment and trends in the Egypt/MENA region.
  •  Contribute with research, comments and investment opinions to regular publications.
  •  Support senior analysts with top down view relevant to their sectors.
  •  Market the house view internally to sales/traders and externally to clients.
  •  Build and strengthen excellent relationships with clients, corporate and officials.
Requirements :
  •  Minimum three years experience as an economist, preferably in Egypt/MENA region.
  •  Proven track record of writing economic analysis preferably in equity markets.
  •  Excellent writing, analytic and modeling skills.
  •  Excellent academic record.
  •  Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  •  University degree.
  •  Fluent in Arabic and English.


(Ref. #08) Senior Financial Analyst(s) (Research Department):
Senior financial analysts are preferably sector specialists (Telecom, Banking, Industrial, Construction, Real Estate or Petrochemical). The analyst would:
  •  Conduct top-down and bottom up research relative to Egypt/MENA sectors.
  •  Write opinionated equity research reports with well-grounded investment views.
  •  Contribute with research, comments and investment opinions to regular publications.
  •  Market research and investment views internally to sales/traders and externally to clients.
  •  Build and strengthen excellent relationships with clients and corporates.
  •  Work closely with and mentor financial analysts.
Requirements :
  •  Minimum three years experience as an equity sector analyst preferably in EM/MENA markets.
  •  Proven track record of writing equity research, preferably sector specific.
  •  Excellent academic record; preferably CFA charterholder (or working on the designation).
  •  Excellent writing, analytic and modeling skills.
  •  Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  •  University degree.
  •  Fluent in Arabic and English.


(Ref. #09) Financial Analyst(s) (Research Department):
The financial analyst would work closely with and provide support to senior financial analysts and would:
  •  Value equities using different valuation techniques.
  •  Contribute with research, comments and investment opinions to regular publications.
  •  Work on ad hoc request from clients and internal audience.
  •  Assist in producing daily and weekly market reports.
  •  Assist in building and maintaining the research department data base.
  •  Fluent in Arabic and English.
Requirements :
  •  Minimum three years experience as an analyst.
  •  Excellent academic record; preferably working on the CFA designation.
  •  Excellent knowledge of different equity valuation techniques.

(Ref. #10) Software Manager:
  •  Responsible for the database (creation, backup and maintenance).
  •  Maintain more than one database for the Holding company.
  •  Responsible for securities for the Database Spicily Oracle.
  •  Develops and maintains online trading platforms for the company.
  •  Responsible for maintaining the back office operations of client trading activities.
  •  Collaborates with heads of various departments, including business development and sales
      to increase efficiency of client accounts.
  •  Reports statistics and nature of client details to improve marketing efforts.
  •  Collaborates with website officers to manage information feeds and streams.
  •  Reports to the Information Technology Manager.
Requirements :
  •  Minimum ten years experience in a software management role, preferably within a banking or
      financial services institution.
  •  Excellent leadership, motivation and communication skills.
  •  Must have good experience with the following programming languages :
      CC++, HTML, MMX, Perl, PHP, PLC Ladder, JAVA, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Report, Microsoft Visual C++,
      Database : MySQL, SQL PLUS, Platforms / Operating System: Windows (2003 ,2008 ),
      Linux Analysis : UML Design & Modeling, MS Office.
  •  Ability to work under pressure.
  •  University degree.


(Ref. #11) Senior System Administrator:
  •  Install, manage, and maintain Windows 2003 and 2008 cluster environment.
  •  Install, manage, and maintain Exchange 2003 and 2010 non-cluster and cluster environment.
  •  Handle more than one exchange for the Holding company.
  •  Backup and restore mailboxes.
  •  Monitor and enhance server performance.
  •  Reports to the Information Technology Manager.
Requirements :
  •  Minimum three years experience in a similar role.
  •  Expert in Exchange 2003, 2010 & Outlook 2007, 2010.
  •  Expert in messaging technology (SMTP, POP3, IMAP).
  •  Expert in directory services and infrastructure.
  •  Expert in Windows 2003, 2008 (clustering, NLB).
  •  Expert in backup and restoring mailboxes.
  •  MCSE 2003 or MCITP 2008 is must, CCNA preferred.
  •  Ability to work under pressure.
  •  University degree.
